Location: Regional Victoria (Non-commutable from Melbourne)
Classification: ANUM Year 2
Rate: $58.10/hr (Increasing to $59.84 in mid-May)

The Role

We are seeking a strong clinical leader for our Aged Care wing. This is a Full-Time ANUM Year 2 position designed for a nurse who is passionate about geriatric care and excels in a "Person in Charge" capacity.

Please Note the Roster: You will provide vital leadership coverage outside of the NUM’s standard hours (Mon-Fri, 0700–1530). This requires a flexible approach to afternoon and weekend shifts.


Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Aged Care Leadership: Proven experience as an ANUM or "In-Charge" specifically within the Aged Care sector.

  • Regional Relocation: This role is located in Regional Victoria. It is not commutable from Melbourne. You must be willing to relocate and reside within the local community.

Compensation

  • Current: $58.10 per hour.

  • From Mid-May 2026: $59.84 per hour.

  • Plus applicable shift penalties, superannuation, and generous salary packaging.


About You

  • Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse).

  • Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and ACFI/AN-ACC requirements.

  • A natural leader who can mentor staff and ensure high-quality resident outcomes.
